Planning your Trip 

Winnipeg’s James Armstrong Richardson International Airport (https://www.winnipeg-airport.com/) is located approximately 8km (15-20 minutes) from the Downtown. The easiest way to travel from the airport to the Alt Hotel is via taxi. There is a taxi stand just outside the main terminal. Three taxi companies are available (24/7) at the airport:

Taxi fare to the Downtown should be roughly $18. 

It is also possible to use public transportation. The bus stop is located at the south end of the airport. Route 15 and Route 20 will eventually take you to Downtown. Travel time is approximately 40 minutes. A one-way ticket is $2.50.
